Q: What happens to ClubCard?
A: Our ClubCard loyalty scheme will remain the same for now and you will only be able to use it at former Garden & Leisure centres (†Barnett Hill, Cadbury, Endsleigh, Gardenlands, Huntingdon, Melbicks & Percy Thrower's).
However, in early 2015, ClubCard will become The Gardening Club, the loyalty scheme run by Wyevale Garden Centres. It comes with many great benefits and rewards every time you shop with us. Rest assured that any points you have accrued with ClubCard will automatically be transferred to your new Gardening Club membership.
Q: I need a new card, do I need a replacement with the same number?
A: No. Ask at our information desk, they will instantly replace your card and update your records.
Q: Can I have a second card for my partner?
A: Yes, our information desk will issue your partner a second card and add it to your account.
Q: Where do I earn points?
A: Points are earned in the garden centre and Terrace Café. Points cannot be earned in concessions or currently online
Q: How do I check my points?
A: Your points will show at the bottom of your receipts.
Q: How do I redeem points?
A: Points aren’t redeemed. As your points grow, you will be rewarded with discounts and offers.
Q: Are my points carried forward to the next year?
A: No, points are deleted at the end of each year and you will start saving again the the next. ClubCard year runs 1st January – 31st December.
Q: What ID do I need to register for a Heritage ClubCard?
A: Please don’t be offended if we do ask for ID. We accept driving licence or pension books.
Q: I already hold a Senior Deals/Diamond ClubCard, are these the same as the Heritage ClubCard?
A: yes, both schemes are now accessible with the Heritage ClubCard, but please replace them with a Heritage Card so your points are accumulated on your account. This can be done at the information desk.
